Miggus Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion without the app

You can request permanent deletion of your Miggus account and associated data even if you no longer have the app installed. Send the request from the email address registered with your Miggus account so that we can verify account ownership.

If the button does not open your email app, send an email to miggusdev@genaiology.com with the subject “Miggus account deletion request.” Do not include your password in the email.

Delete your account in the Miggus app

1. Open the Miggus application.
2. Open the side navigation drawer using the menu icon.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the request and complete authentication when prompted.

What deletion covers

Once your request has been verified and completed, your Miggus account, profile details, uploaded photos, saved results, and associated try-on history will be permanently deleted. Information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
